Q: What should I do if I see that an unauthorized transaction has posted to my account?
A:
First, you should contact the merchant that made the error and document who you spoke with. If the merchant refuses credit, contact the bank for further steps.

Q: Can I apply for a loan online or by telephone?
A:
To apply for a loan, visit your nearest branch location and ask to speak with one of our loan representatives. Bring documents to verify your indentity as well as information such as existing debt and income.

Q: Can I open or close an account online or by telephone?
A:
No, you will need to come to your nearest branch location in order to sign appropriate documents.

Q. Will my accounts immediately show online when I sign up for internet banking?
A:
The bank will first approve your application for internet banking within 1 to 2 business days. Then you will able to view your accounts online.

Q: Are we affiliated with other Citizens National Banks in Ohio or throughout the United States?

We have three branches. Our main branch is located in Dayton, Ohio, and the other branches are located in Huber Heights, Ohio and Miamisburg, Ohio.
